Lyda started 2nd grade at a new school this year. After a bit of a rough start she is finally in a school with a teacher she absolutely loves, and her academic skills have improved so much in such a short period of time. We couldn't be happier and neither could she . . . well except for if I told her that she never had to go to school ever.
Kode started at a new preschool this year. His class is full of girls which he isn't crazy about, but luckily one of his friends from preschool last year is at the same school. He also is learning so much so quickly. He was pretty stubborn the morning of this picture. He insisted on long sleeves on the 110+ degree day and when he found out I was taking his picture he protested. So this is the best shot that I got. Oh well.
Ruby's preschool started last. She asked daily when she was going to start school. She isn't quite 3 yet but we felt like she was ready for a couple of hours twice a week and boy does she love it. She is so excited to go every time.
